In this book Coldwell lists the top 100 changes you can make to live a healthier lifestyle. She reinforces what many people have already learned but forgotton to do. It may take time to implement everything she prescribes but every small change is a step in the right direction.

I recommend this book highly to anyone wanting to improve their health and quality of life. It provides motivating messages to encourage you to look after your body and mind.

Great Book! Fun read! It contains a number of suggestions that are already known but are good reminders for those of us that forget the most effective changes that we could be making in our lives to be healthier. There are a high proportion of people in this country that could definitely benefit from some helpful healthy ideas that do not have the time to read a lengthy book on the subject; this is the book for them. It is straight to the point with a single message on each page accompanied by an often amusing photo. A great motivator!

I know I didn't pay alot for this book, but I felt that it was a total waste of money. Each page is one sentence and a picture and it certainly did not contain any profound suggestions for healthy living (drink water?).
