5It's three am...I'm still up  Feb 05, 2009
By J. Kreider "ordinary girl"
I can honestly say I'm an early to bed kind of person. Midnight at the latest or my body gives out on me- I'm up the next morning between five thirty and six....this book had me sitting up in bed laughing my face off at three am! Every time I open it up , I find something new to laugh about! All I can say is...it's absolutely hilarious!

5Hilariously weird  Jan 21, 2009
By M. Jones
Not your average how-to book! This was written by a bunch of different authors, and they cover all kinds of things that you might not think of putting on a list of things guys "need" to know how to do...like look good in a Speedo...and escape from an alien abduction. There's real, useful stuff in here, too. The article about how to avoid going to the laundromat is one of my favorites. Bizarre, but entertaining. Perfect book to leave lying around on the coffee table...or the back of the toilet.

5Funny and useful!  Feb 18, 2009
By Little Archie
This is a well-crafted and very funny book. I think the idea of sourcing a book of essays/stories from a large pool of potential authors -- with selections voted on by site members -- is both inventive and strong.

It's a free-market approach to publishing and, if this book is any indication, the most valuable essays seem to succeed in the marketplace.

5Great birthday gift  Feb 04, 2009
By Mary A. Earhart
I purchased this as a gift for my 23 year old son. The short segments are perfect for his attention span and he loved that I acknowledged he's becoming a man. It would be a great father-son gift anytime. Very entertaining read and doubly cool because it is community-sourced.

5Best Gift Ever!  Mar 04, 2009
By Big Apple Writer
I got this book for my boyfriend for his birthday. He could not stop laughing while reading it! He's been sharing it with his friends, and bringing up the manly things he's learning on a regular basis. I'm pretty psyched that I picked out such a great gift!
