 If You're Going to Play Roulette, Play this Way!! Mar 07, 2009
I've been playing roulette for years and after reading 40,000 spins, my winning percentage is over 80% and I'm up over $10,000! Backing your bets can be scary, but as J.R. Freeman says, I'm playing with their money anyway. If you follow the rules in the book for the progression method, you will win. Do not try and get greedy or bet too agressively. You must have patience. I find myself wanting to go to the casino because this betting method is fun and easy! The book is well written with interesting gambling stories!

Wonderful read, and better yet, It WORKS!!! Feb 03, 2009
I have always been a fan of roulette and would play casually for fun but knew that it was a high house-advantage game and therefore any wins were veiwed as unexpected or due to luck. However, after reading this book I now go into casinos EXPECTING to win and better yet...it happens!
The author does a wonderful job of describing the rules and payouts to the novice player so one can quickly understand the way to bet and the reasons for placing such bets. A gradual progression system is explained in detail in a manner that is both simple and logical. By following the author's betting sequence and staying within the rules I have achieved nearly an 80% win percentage and have profited thousands of dollars. The book paid for itself within the first few minutes of my first session. Thank you JR Freeman!!!

I wanted so much for this book to provide the promised method that might allow me to profit from the game that I have tried to beat for 25 years.It is well written with some intersting annecdotes from the authors own life.His logic that might seem plausible to some.
The title is bewildering since 40,000 spins is a statistically insignificant amount that prove nothing.To make matters even worse, he uses computer generated spins rather than actual casino results!
I ran many tests with actual casino results and it soon became apparent while the may be a few wins initially,inevitably this rapid progression method will lead those fool enough to follow it be parted with their money before long.

This is nothing more than a progressive betting system (chasing losses). Such methods have been around since roulette was invented and they don't work. The author even compares himself to Edward Thorp, whose book (beat the dealer) caused casinos to change the rules of Blackjack and implement counter-measures against the card-counters.
No such counter-measures will be necessary for roulette with the publication of this book.

Great Roulette Book Jan 25, 2008
Well written and instructional book on how to play Roulette. After reading the book, I played JR's system and in my first session won over $400. The illustrations and stories in the book make it an easy read. It is fun to walk out of casino with money in your pocket. Accolades to the author!
