The book was very sweet and charming. I loved Allegra and she really captured my heart with her innocence, wit and charm. I REALLY could not put the book down and read it in two days. A sequel is a must!

Dear Rebecca, I read this book one evening by the fire. I sipped cups of tea and munched cinnamon toast. A dear friend lent the book to my young daughter, and after scanning it I realised I wanted to read it first. I read 'til the wee hours and went to bed happy, knowing that there are still authors who can write a touching, sweet story ... without profanity or vulgarisms ... and that there are many readers hungry for this kind of happy escape. I really enjoyed this book. I could not put it down. I loved the town and the people in it. It was funny and I found myself getting involved with the charaters and especially Allegra. I even got teary eyed in one of the scenes. It is one of the best books I've had the pleasure of reading. And I hope Rebecca Rose decides to write another.

This book was one of the best I've read. Keeps your interest until the very end. I wished it wouldn't end and would keep on going. I hope she writes another book. Her writing is very good.

A feel-good romance that warms the heart. From begining to end wonderfull! Well written. You wont want to put it down. Any girl who appreciates a good love story (and what girl doesnt?) is sure to fall in love with this book.
