2No pictures, not much waterless info  Dec 01, 2010
By Phillip Hershkowitz
This book has no recipe pictures at all. The recipes are mostly pretty standard. The extra information that deals specifically with waterless cooking is about 3 pages long at the front of the book. You can find more useful information just by searching the web for "waterless cooking".

5Chef Charles Knight  Sep 27, 2011
By Chefs Charles Knight & David Knight "Chef Charles Knight"
Writing a cookbook is never an easy task... even the healthiest of cookbooks can put 20-30lbs on the writer. And profit is never the motive for even the bestselling cookbooks are outsold by many a poor written novel. Nevertheless, those of us who do take the time, energy and make the commitment and effort to cook and then write about do it to please you. So please... Enjoy!
