A Knight of Egodeth: Zen Raptured Quietude

This game book is derived from the ancient "Knight's Tour Challenge". There, the player was to place a Knight onto any square of an empty chessboard, and from that square to move into every square on the board, entering each square only once. The challenges in this book each provide a partial solution to a unique and valid tour, which matchs the like numbered solution found at the end of the book. The player is asked to complete a given tour by entering valid Knight's move numbers into the squares left empty in each challenge. A valid Knight's move, is from a square, two squares right or left, and from there one square up or down, or, two squares up or down, and from there one square right or left. The challenge "Level", a measure of difficulty, generally increases from the first to the last challenge. The player may also complete a latter challenge, and find he/she has completed to a solution different than the one we list in the solutions pages for that challenge.

By Richard W. Henderson "Rook's Knight"
This book contains 240 "Challenges", and 240 matching "Solutions"
to the ancient "Knight's Tour Challenge". In that challenge, the
player was to place a chess knight onto any square of an empty
chessboard, and from that square, using valid knight's moves, to
move into every square on the board entering each square only once.

In "A Knight of Egodeth", each Challenge contains a partial set of
valid moves to a complete and valid Solution. Both are given in the
book.

The Player is simply to enter valid knight's move numbers into the squares left empty on the Challenge Board to complete the 64 move Knight's Tour.
