I bought this book to want to coach others. I ended up being "coached" and "tutored", and been the greatest beneficiary. The greatest value is not the reading of the content, but the journeying through the workbook with my coach, allowing my heart be searched, being clarified, and then finding the converging alignment at the half time point of my life. I recommend one to journey through this book with the workbook first with your life coach before you do that to others. You will be a changed person.

I found this book to be very helpful when I took the course to learn how to become a greater coach. I found all the materials related to this author to be very well written and powerful in the training I went through.
