100 stars!!! There's so much valuable information in this book and it's so nice to read. The medical chapters are really easy to understand. The coping chapter helped me so much. Now I know how to be happy even with epilepsy in my life. I like the way the author is a patient, too because she obviously knows what I'm going through. I agree with my doctor because he said, "It leaves no stone unturned!"

This really had the history of epilepsy and how to handle yourself when you are near someone who is about to have a seizure.I am friends with the author of this resource book on Myspace and just wanted to support her.I am happy that epilepsy is becoming well known in the USA and overseas.
