Glad to see her second book Jan 11, 2009
By Richard Lamm
"ANNGWYN ST. JUST"
An entertaining and persuasive thesis on the necessity for viewing individual and social trauma from a systemic perspective. Dr. St Just's second book sheds new light on the subject of individual and social trauma, including her work in a Colorado medical clinic, leading to an innovative view of the larger patterns underlying the Columbine tragedy, September 11th, victim perpetrator dynamics, connections as resources and the importance of attending to the ecology of therapeutic interventions.

Love it so far Jul 15, 2010
By Trudy L. Franzen
"Pastor Franzen"
I'm only half way through and I just love it so far. This book brings in many resources, including chaos theory and systems theory, to paint a fascinating picture of societal, collective, corporate trauma. So often I gasp at connections that I knew about, but had never put together, such as the significance of events taking place on both April 20 and September 11, historically. I am eager to hear St. Just's ideas for healing these patterns of violence and how professional leaders in health care, faith communities, and public policy can work to break these vicious and prolific cycles. It is a very accessible read, with ample annotation should one want to delve further academically.
