An imaginative story for people of all ages that depicts spiritual life and struggle through the adventures and misadventures of an intrepid young donkey, Asper, and his chatty traveling companion, Justus Caterpillar - an opinionated little fellow that rides in his ear. Inspired by St. Francis of Assisi's designation of his physical nature as 'Brother Ass,' this is a tale about overcoming the temptations and momentary pleasures of this life to discover our 'true home' beyond, and it is a tale about finding self-acceptance and transformation along the way.
