Learn from one of the best Aug 15, 2008 I just read this book cover to cover and it is full of great insights that I haven't seen or heard anywhere, and I have bought a lot of business books and spent a lot of money on real estate coaching.
This book is a must read for anyone starting down the path of success, or for anyone who is looking to get back on track. I would recommend 'Activate YOUR Passion' to anyone serious about building a successful career.
Jump Start Your Career Albeit Real Estate or Widgets! Aug 13, 2008 You are success! I was so impressed with the presentation of your book, your seal obvioused your advertising expertise!
I devoured your book immediately. Your openness and honesty is heartfelt, your words, captivating and inspiring!
I contacted you initially because I want to be your assistant. I studied real estate in GA, and in IL, it doesn't turn me on but the support aspect does. In the first "Million Dollar Listing," you told your assistant to get all the info on a property after she gives you a phone message from a prospective client. I would have handed you the google search information along with the phone message, including the MLS/zillow search of surrounding properties, and background of the client. I anticipate needs so all you have to do is what you do best!
"Chapter 12 Get Noticed" describes exactly what I did for all the new agents, I was the only woman in a sea of twenty, young, (under 25) real estate agents! Your book could have been an integral part of the orientation!

Great stuff if you're considering a real estate sales career Jul 21, 2008 A quick search on Amazon will reveal that there are a ton of books for prospective real estate agents.
The problem, as with books for beginners in most fields, is that they're mostly the same. You read one and then the next 5 are 250 pages each, containing maybe 4 points that are helpful/you didn't get from the first book.
Madison Hildebrand's book is only 66 pages because it doesn't rehash any of the stuff you'll read in other books. What's here is unique, fun to read, personal, and insightful. You'll learn about finding the competitive advantage that is your passion, using your status as a newbie to your advantage, picking your firm, advertising effectively, and carving out your own niche.
I can't promise you'll sell tens of millions of dollars in real estate in your first year like Madison did but, if you want to have a chance, invest $15.50 in his book.
