A pictorial look, and reference, explaining the general history of the Marietta Fire Department in Ohio. Written similar to a fire log with attention paid to major events with dates and times. The book is comprised of anecdotal information, fire logs, newspaper accounts, and other historical documents - all compiled in chronological order for the convenience of the reader. I start in 1800 and end in the year 2008 at the end of my 30 year carrier. I hope you enjoy the book, and I will keep it up to date as time go's on.
