A roadmap for success Sep 15, 2008
By Mike All Ahead Full takes real life experiences and logically develops a road map to achieve success in both personal and business life. One may choose to follow or ignore the lessons learned by the Author but you can not dispute the logic used to reach the conclusions which are detailed at the close of each chapter. While the book is appropriate for all ages I believe it is especially developmental for young people who are in the early stages of their carrear and family life. The author subtlety forces the reader to assess your priorities while maintaining an ethical attitude and direction.
Very enjoyable and fun to read, well done.

All Ahead Full is Ahead of the Rest Aug 21, 2008
By Jennifer Hooks I consider myself an avid reader of leadership and motivational books. I truly appreciate learning from the experiences of others. However, I often find myself getting lost in the book and struggling to find the message.
All Ahead Full is written so that you cannot miss the meaning behind it. The end of chapter summaries concisely state what lessons are to be learned. The natuical themed chapter titles are words of wisdom in themselves...Next time I'm thrown off course, I will remember "Set and Drift" and know that I can adjust my course to ensure I reach my goal.
John Mann's experience with the United States Navy clearly taught him life lessons that some may never know. All Ahead Full ensures that anyone can reap the rewards, without spending months out at sea on a submarine.
John Mann is a Connected Ownership, full engagement owner. Jun 23, 2009

"All Ahead Full" provides a comprehensive, well connected framework on both how to effectively develop an outstanding team of 140 young men on a Navy nuclear submarine, and also how to build a rapidly growing, profitable, beyond a billion dollar business. This book, and John, should serve as a pragmatic, tangible role model for tens of thousands of hard working, driven people, who are willing to consistently pay the ethical price to go beyond just nominal success.
Our country now badly needs much more of the kind of Connected Ownership Paradigm and Process that Sell Ethics and John Mann's wonderful book represents. This also includes the kind of well connected, put others first consistent ownership attitude that the author of "All Ahead Full," John Man, distinctly represents.

Great Book! Jan 21, 2009
By R. J. Scroggins This book is a very easy read, yet full of wisdom. The chapters are set up nicely, and have a recap at the end of every chapter. I would recommend this for any age, but especially for those just entering or exiting college. What a great gift this would make.
