Great Book To feel life at office Oct 06, 2009
By Nagabhirava Veerendra My wife and I watch the television series Friends because the characters
are natural and we can relate to the story lines presented, allowing us to
connect with each character on a personal level. The same is true about
the characters in "Ammunition: Essentials of Leadership". The main
character Ryan, along with his colleagues, connect with the reader through
their personal struggle in dealing with office politics. We can see
ourselves in this great work, because the scenes are played out everyday
in every office around the world. This is an absolutely fantastic book!

Intellectually stimulating material Sep 25, 2009
By James L. Beckles The book provided leadership solutions that can be used in the workforce and every day experience. It provides clear and decisive answers to lingering questions that many people have in their lives and on their jobs. The author demonstrated that he is a clear thinker and showed a thorough understanding of the requirements for good leadership. I not only recommend that managers use this book as a reference manual (a source of reference) to assist them when challenged with leadership decisions but I also recommend it to be used in workshops specifically targeted for graduating college seniors that plan to enter into the work force. The reader can definitely acquire the necessary survival skills and confidence required to be successful in the corporate world.
The difficult choices that the main character, Ryan, faced are intimately connected to practical reasoning. The book definitely can serve as a motivation to readers that care about themselves, and readers that plan to set the course and directions for their own lives.

A work of excellence Sep 07, 2009
By R. M. Geramita This book is an excellent choice for IT professionals and non-IT professionals. The book brings together the plethora of life's' lessons in the work place and home life. While at work there are many difficult decisions and choices we must make and this book addresses many of these issues in a clever way. The book discusses leadership in the workplace and how it develops over time through experience. Ryan, the books' main character, is faced with many difficult choices in the workplace and at home all of which we can relate to in our own lives. Overall this book is an A+ and I would highly recommend it!!!
