5A family's hidden secret - What would you do?  Mar 20, 2007
By W. O. Stark
An excellent book, very well written!

Suppose that every family has some sort of hidden secret, tradition, or rumor involving a family member. What would you do if this family secret was shared with you, or, you had uncovered the truth??? The decision of whether or not to share this information with your family would be a difficult one indeed. And if you do decide to share it, how would you do it???

In this case, the author has decided to share it in the form of a novel, without placing blame or judgment.

A "must read" for those coping with a family secret themselves, or family historians and professional genealogists who are attempting to understand the type of circumstances involving the decision to having a family before modern medicine (i.e., test tubes) and common laws.
