This is an excellent handbook for anyone attempting to understand Corrective Action. The book illustrates, with easy to understand examples, methods of how Corrective Action can be implemented. This simple and relevant is applicable for any industry. This is a must read!!

Hi, This is a must read for any one trying to understand what corrective action is all about. I have personally met the author and he is one of the best in the subject that you can ever think of. The author heads QMS & EMS function for more than 15 locations in India and is also an Assessor for National Quality Award in India. This book is in very simple English and any one can understand. If you are practicing a management system whatever it may be,to understand Corrective Action properly this is the book.
