Spring Jammin' by Angela Clarke Oct 01, 2008
By Karen Schmocker For a book with a subject not to my taste, this book was fascinating and held my interest right to the end. It was dense with detail and very well written. I am now reading the second book (Summer Fireworks) in this series and am as captivated by it as by the first. I am so happy that there are more in this series and look forward to reading them all.Karen-Leigh

Adults could learn from this book Dec 21, 2007

"Sunny"
A group of teens led by a boy in a foster home meet and share thier problems in dealing with their parents and in relating to other kids. These include parental drinking, bullying and relating to a boy who desperately needs a heart transplant. While written for teens, this book could make adults more aware and knowledgable about the lives, challenges and feelings of young teenagers.
