5Remember doing book reports?  Nov 21, 2008
By John R. - Cataloger
Don't know about you but has been a while since I've done the equivalent of a book report. I just completed an assigment from the president of our business to go through Curt Barry's book and develop a list of opportunities for our company to make improvements. I came away with 43 topical areas that are rich in opportunity. For many of the 43 topics, even though our team may have been aware of the best practice, we are not executing it optimally or not at all. The book is a great resource for a quick company wide assessment of best practice.
