Great read! Apr 01, 2008

Mr. Vickery shares his knowledge of the wonderful Florida Keys in a delightful manner. We grow to love that area as much as Jordy and Cassie do! His mix of mystery, business intrigue and a sweet love story kept us entertained from cover to cover.
A wonderful ride! Mar 15, 2008
By Lory Snipes Beyond September is beyond any literary stroll in the South. Indeed, it is a wonderfully active ride spiked with intrigue, action, mystery and a remarkable love story. As the adventure unfolds, the quality of author Vickery's writing transported me to the unique beauty of the Florida Keys and the Southern charm of South Carolina. The book's chemistry of romance and action at an unusual phase of life touches the heart and often makes it beat faster. Beyond September is an engaging story told with dash and style. I loved reading the book. And I highly recommend it.

Loved this Book! Mar 17, 2008
By Amy Johnson I thoroughly enjoyed this novel - it kept me intrigued from the beginning until the turn of the final page. I loved the descriptions of the Keys and of South Carolina and it had plenty of love, mystery, deception, and drama. The characters came to life throughout the novel. I would highly recommend Beyond September.

Could Have Been Better Apr 13, 2008
By Maryann Miller

While the narrative and descriptions were done well, the story meandered too much for me, and it was not necessary to have each character introduced in such detail. I had to keep skip reading to just stay with the main thread of the story. Because the book had such positive advance praise, I was really looking forward to a good read. It just didn't live up to the buzz.
