5A Must Read for Executives  Feb 26, 2007
I've read a lot about the HP Way, but this collection of their works still provided many new insights. It's nice to see the dates associated with these memos to appreciate the foresight that the HP founders had in establishing strong management practices that are well accepted today. In my role, I spend a lot of time managing Wall Street and the shareholders expectations, but this book helps to provide a deeper definition of the role for senior managers in today's business climate. As an executive, I would highly recommend this book for other managers. A real must read...
