more fun and wit Sep 05, 2006
By Sandman More fun reading from the creative mind of Skylar Stone. Clever and interesting as Bruce struggles with love and duty. You will have to read the book to see who wins!

A ROMANCE FOR THE MODERN WORLD! Sep 06, 2006
By BookMaven This is one of the most sophisticated and humorous modern day fiction romances I have ever read. This author plays on words and the true emotions that tear a man between society and his heart's desire. A must! Can't wait for more from this author!

THE VERY EBB AND FLOW OF A MODERN DAY LOVE AFFAIR May 29, 2006
By Joy'sReviews Stone has created the most believable and powerful modern day male character. Candidly we are pulled into the love affair and the passion is enough to break your heart. You read hoping that Bruce will make it to his heart's desire. Hopefully true love will conquer all and Bruce and Veronica will prove that taboos and society's restrictions are nothing compared to the power of passion and unconditional love!

True Love Should Conquer All May 11, 2008
By Gentleman who Reads Romance Novels I can only say that the Skylar Stone series of romance novels is the best I have ever read. The pure truth about life, the directness, the honesty that we all really feel; this author says it all through her characters. They are true to life and reinstate what we all were and believed in and were robbed of. We find out too late. Bruce and Veronica are what it is all about. More Skylar Stone please.

WOW what a story~ A man's side Aug 08, 2007

I just love this book as well as the first one. I was lucky to meet the author Skylar Stone at a book signing event earlier this year. I bought a set of books and she autographed them~ Bruce has difficult decisions to make. Does he stay in the sisterhood and have a real life with the woman he loves?? A loveless marriage will not last. I would pick Veronica~ The writing technique is unique, their love story is magical~~
Can wait for the next book~ Keeping writting~
