Blue Skies

Bel Santa Elena recently retired as a Human Relations Consultant and Family Life Skills Counselor. She is an experienced mediator with over 350 human relations cases resolved. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Management. She enjoys writing poetry, doing Tai Chi, and singing in her church’s Praise and Worship Team. Currently, she lives with her husband and son in Hawaii.
