Great straight forward plan for success Jul 07, 2009 Great book with lots of useful insight on making it in Real Estate written by someone who has done just that. The book outlines a step by step plan for success written for both the real estate novice and those, like myself, who have been in business for awhile. That may be why one reviewer thought there was some fluff. All in all, I found many of the practices helpful and have seen results already for some of the ideas that I've implemented. Would recommend for those looking to grow their business or to carve a solid niche.

A must read in a tough environment Dec 22, 2008 This is a fantastic book. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 15 years and thought that I had everything figured out, but this book gave me a fresh way of looking at things. It is a fun read and full of great information that a fool like myself can understand. I am a bit perplexed that one reader did not get this book, but I found it very insiteful.

AWFUL book - don't waste your money Oct 18, 2008 Do yourself a favor....and don't waste your time or money on this book. It's an awful read and it's all the same old real estate fluff.

A must read for Realtors! Jun 19, 2008 Branding the Real Estate Agent is a straight forward, gimmick free guide to creating a successful, long term Real Estate business. I found it refreshing that the book gave real ideas, practices and resources that even a beginning agent could use to improve their business quickly. Simple, yet informative, this book covers how to grow your business from A-Z and focuses on creating a long term business that is both successful and enjoyable. It stays away from the old school cold-calling and scripts that we all dislike and focuses on what customers want, a Realtor that they can trust and enjoy working with. A must read for any Realtor looking to grow their business!
