Great Inspiration to Freedom. Jun 17, 2009
By Marina Fineman
"legal minds differ"
Mr. Friedman's book is an amazing tool that anyone can use to reshift his/her focus rather than to make immediate short-term life changes. Mr. Friedman comes from a place of awareness, experience and wisdom that is unique and obvious. He has lived the life he describes and has struggled to reach his own potential. The exercises in the book are insightful, practical, and should be used by anyone working to refocus his/her career and energy in both the short-term and the long-term. I highly recommend this book - it will change your perspective on your situation immediately and will ultimately help to set you on the road to fulfillment and possibly change you in surprising ways - ways in which you may not have previously considered.

Irregardless of anyone's current employment status this is a must read. I found many of the exercises useful and applicable. I appreciate and enjoyed the clear explanations of the 8 steps. The answers are within you and Friedman provides the steps to unveiling and taking action. My personal favorite was turning up my happiness quotient. It works. Well done - thank you!

Breaking Free From JobJail May 20, 2009
By Jennifer Zeidler Stuart Friedman's thought-provoking book arms readers with efficient tools to take action and "break free" from whatever is keeping him or her from achieving personal or professional goals.
His proven 8-step process is a liberating and sure-fire approach that will motivate and inspire readers to actually DO SOMETHING about situations they thought they could not escape.
Clearly, Friedman has written this guide for any "student of life" - from college students trying to break INTO the corporate world to executives trying to break OUT. The book teaches its readers how to look to themselves and find answers.
Owning this book is like holding a "Get Out of Jail Free" card because once you read it, you won't need to roll doubles. Everything you'll need to break out will be in your hands.

A Great Tool for Coaches May 15, 2009
By Lynn Launer
"Life Coach"
This book is excellent for people who are stuck in a job and do not know how to get out. Also, this book is superb for coaches who work with clients who are unhappy with their job and want to obtain their dream job.
In this tough economy while people are out of work this book will help direct you to find a job that truly fills your heart rather than just brining in a paycheck.
My hats off to Stuart for taking a complex subject and making it simple to use, with excercises that help you define the real you and text that is clear and precise.
