If you enjoy eating and cooking New Orleans food, Cafe' Marianna cookbook is a must have. While visiting the Washington, DC area, our family enjoyed several wonderful meals at Cafe' Marianna and are thrilled that Chef Charles has decided to share his secrets. If you are a "seasoned" cook or a beginner, this book is for you.

Forget Emeril. Chef Charles Oppman is the real deal. This book has many great New Orleans recipes. He makes them easy to follow. The book is entertaining as well. Chef Charles relates many stories of his family and his cafe. Highly recommend this book.
