Captain Fit's Guide To Good Health

'Captain Fit Is It. . .' When it comes to good nutrition, exercise and personal safety, Captain Fit and his Fitness Rangers lead the pack with Captain Fit's Guide to Good Health - a colorful, fun-packed collection of activities that will entertain and educate your child (and yourself) painlessly. Using CF as a loveable role model, your children will see that good foods don't have to taste bland, exercise doesn't have to be tedious and personal safety is. . .well, simply put, it's plain common sense. Add a dash of humor, brightly colored graphics, some challenging puzzles and entertaining game play and you have a surefire winner for all kids between the ages of 7-12. Based on health curriculums from around the world, Captain Fit offers his advice, recipes, activity games (Remember 'Capture the Flag'?), safety tips and so much more. '. . .the book delivers on its promise. . .' New York Times best-selling author Ellen Tanner Marsh

5My kid loves this book  Dec 06, 2005
By librariandad "librariandad"
If you have trouble getting your kids to eat good foods, or get them off the couch and outside playing, I recommend this book highly.

My son, who is proud of being a couch potato, actually read the book from cover to cover and even did the puzzles. Last Saturday, he and a bunch of friends played capture the flag for four hours.

Captain Fit is the coolest superhero going. I hope there are more books on the way. Oh, and don't forget to sign your child up as a Fitness Ranger. My son actually wants to try out for sports in school!!

5Captain Fit is cool!  Dec 05, 2005

My Dad read me CF from the ebook version and it was really fun. I learned alot about fitness and stuff. I even got a cool certificate from his website after I read the book. Thanks Captain Fit. Tommy Bolsoy, Norway.

Really loved the easy read for kids and the practical ways to stay healthy and fit. Our kids need a good guide and a better role model that they can relate to and Captain Fit really accomplishes this! Buy it for your grandkids - great Christmas gift!
