5Refreshing  Jul 10, 2008
By Mysticcastle
I wasn't sure about an unknown author, but the last review captured it perfectly. This was a wonderful addition to my son's Dragon collection. For those of you looking for a story that can encompass both the fantasy every child needs and a lesson every parent wishes for, this is a must.

Like the last person, I'll be picking up several more for a few families I know with Military Parents going out to sea, or going through a divorce. It sure made a world of difference for my guy!

Thank you FiFi and I'll be keeping my eye out for anything new!

5Every Child should have this book!  Jun 29, 2008
By Nom DePlume
I bought this book and all I can say is I'd like to buy a hundred more to share with all the children I can find.
A pleasant change from childrens books written down to the lowest common denominator with big pictures, little words, and minimal ideas. I look forward to future works by this author (as does my daughter).
