Catch a Dreamer is a 64-page meditation on the exuberance and joy of childhood, expressed in imagery and poetry. The book dramatizes the Ten Rights of the Child declared by the United Nations and revolves around ten tapestries created by Helen Webber. Each page with its flowing lines, and washes of color intermixed with words draws one to the climax of each separate right depicted by a full image of each intensely colored tapestry.
