Certain Frames of Mind

Memories and mind, the familiar and unfamiliar become entangled one afternoon on the drive on LA freeways. As his father's mind recedes to forgetfulness, Gilbert remembers more sharply his own connections to his parents and to his past. The roads take him to an ambivalent past that he thought he had left behind.
