I read the Dutch version some time ago. And as I'm dealing with customers every day, you wish sometimes that the processes your company puts in place would work more efficient: no silos between finance, logistics, development, customer support etc. etc. When that would be the case, you could enjoy working with you customers, as you can focus on the real business.
