Cheetah Chat: An Anthology of Student Writing

Cheetah Chat is the culmination of one year of writing at East Middle School in Grand Junction, Colorado. It is a collection of poetry, essays, memoirs, short stories, excerpts from novels, and writing from English Second Language learners, several of whom have been in an English-speaking country for less than two years. The collection consists of writing by sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade students and several staff members. All writing has been edited and compiled by a volunteer student committee.
