Thomas F. Wilson retired from Bank One in 2001, where he worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Economist. He was awarded "stars" for the performance of his investment portfolios. Earlier, Dr. Wilson was a professor of economics at Butler University and an economist at the Federal Rserve Bank of New York. He graduated from the American University with a bachelor's degree in international relations, and Dr. Wilson earned his doctorate in economics at Columbia University. He wrote The Power "To Coin" Money and co-edited Redistribution Through the Financial System and Browsing in Political Economy. He also wrote A Big-Nose View of China's Financial System, and a companion book translated into Chinese and published by the China Social Sciences Press. Dr. Wilson has published numerous articles, including those in France, Germany, Hungary, and China. He has traveled extensively in China and for several years taught financial economics at Shenzhen University.
