Finally - a new author arrives on the scene to deliver a truly unique story. Pick up this wonderful new novel and you are instantly transported years into the future. McCarthy draws an equally charming and disturbing picture for the evolution of the human race. With a twist at the end, this book continues to surprise until the last page. A great summer read!

Certainly one of the most creative books I have ever read. A wonderfully haunting yet uplifting story. You can't help but walk with Crystal in her shoes and cheer for her every step of the way. I am looking forward to more from this talented author! I will be recommending it to all of my friends.
