Condensed Art Texts

Personal development and cultural critique are a few of art's social functions. The focus in Condensed Art Texts is not to go into the origins, writers, art styles and names that other sources have already done a great job of doing, but rather to compile the most prominent art terms of today in one compact source. I have been unable to find even a quarter of these terms defined in any one comparable source. Fortunately this handbook cross-references itself so that any word not understood can either be found alphabetically in this book or in an Oxford dictionary. There is also a reference section in the back that can further assist in the reading of specific topics or absent information.
