Unlike most books on this topic, this one's a VERY easy read -- conversational and in-depth. The author has had a lot of experience in this field, providing first-hand examples of his own trials, mishaps, good fortunes, and ultimate successes. It covers everything -- from identifying your audience to assembling a team, focusing on the storytelling to shooting and editing -- EVERYTHING from pre-production to delivery of the product.
