Create Loyal Customers in an Unloyal World: A step by step "How To" create a dynamic customer focused business.

In my book Create Loyal Customers in an Unloyal World, I explain that to become the market leader, a company must set industry standards not follow them. To accomplish this, I discuss the importance of creating a corporate identity by narrowly defining your reason for doing business in the form of a Mission Statement. To continue to energize your identity, you must create and define your Core Values that will give an internal direction and inspiration to your entire staff. Employee training and input at all levels is an important element in the success of any business. Every employee in every department should participate in the development of the new customer focused philosophy. When employees are involved in developing the philosophy they will take ownership which insures its implementation. The power of the system found in my book is in the employee design, and the assurance of success is in the monitoring by leadership.

4Will put into practice.  Aug 03, 2010

On a recent sales business trip I brought this book along and read it, then re-read it. The book lays out a formula for creating a successful sales management strategy, but most of the techniques seem applicable to non managment sales people alike. I look forward to applying these strategies to my business.

5Understanding the "Big Picture" of the Corporate World  Jan 25, 2012
By Dixonlin
It's one thing to buy business books to help get a better understanding of the broad world of business, but it's certainly another thing to find a business book that will really give you something you can walk away with. You come across only a few books now and then that you will give you something that will not only benefit you but help emppower the people (i.e. colleaques, clients, etc.) that surround you in the everyday business life.

Author, Charles S. Togias of "Create Loyal Customers in an Unloyal World" proves himself reliable through his personal business ventures, incredible sales experience and how he has become a succussful leader/role model. This book illustrates how to become more succesful by having an intuitive eye to the pertinent details around you.I highly recommend it to the next person who finds themselves in the fast-paced industry of sales, marketing and/or advertising. Why? This book not only comes from someone in the business but someone who has lived and breathed the industry for years.

In the corporate and sales world, we tend to all be money driven whether we openly admit it or not. However, how does everyone become successful? What do we deem to be succesful? Is it how much revenue a company brings in? (After you read the book, I'm sure your thought process will be turned around.) Sure, a succesful company brings in a lot of money but this book instills and implements a particular process that will remind one to remember the little things to focus on, which in turn will give one more success than he or she is currently getting, hopes to continue to get or hasn't gotten and wonders why. This book, a perfect and simple read, illustrates how to better perform each step we take in this industry (from simple client interactions to drinking alcohol during business hours) to ensure one does get and continues to obtain the success we need to not only be successful in the industry but because we focused on all the external aspects that give you the success.

Again, it re-illustrates what you deem valuable and invaluable in a world where consumers create your success not money. It reminds you how to be so you give the company what they need and yourself. Re-evaluate your own success by reading this book.
