Very different type of diet book. Works more on the mental and spiritual side of dieting then on the calories/fat. New and refreshing with different ideas and cute sayings to remind yourself about staying on track

This book is an easy read with tons of tips,"minders", and helpful suggestions to keep you motivated and inspired to stay on your diet. It has space for writing down thoughts and to keep a journal to make it your own journey and recipe for success. It is a spiritual approach but everybody, regardless of religion or lack thereof will learn something new and aspire to be healthier and take better care of him/herself. The author also includes a list of resources for diet ideas, support and spiritual growth.
