To an impartial observer, Noël Kingsley has it all: eat-your-heart-out good looks and a fabulous career as an interior designer at one of Philadelphia's premier agencies. Her successful, fast-paced life leaves her little time to dwell on her thirty-and-single status, until now. When Noel is hired to redecorate Wall Street-tycoon Jake Truman’s penthouse, the chemistry between them is instantaneous.
