This sounds like a fun idea for a book, except that there are a lot of crazy strategies that people try in their efforts to stay thin. Reading about what thin people do doesn't necessarily provide good advice for any of us.

Personally, I'm tired of people writing "how to" books when they don't know anything about the topic. They just want to make money and don't seem to care who gets hurt by their advice.
