This is the absolute best book that shows how to not only take of weight, but how to change your bad habits into good habits that will help you for the rest of your life.
Mariana Bozesan gets right down to the basics and explains things in a clear and concise way.
She also shows how to lift up your emotions through thinking better of ourselves, because if we think better of ourselves, we will be better.
All the information is so right, and can help each and everyone of us achieve the body we desire.

Although I've been a health nut and a vegetarian for decades, several of the excellent ideas that Mariana includes in her book -- such as drinking only before or between meals -- have never crossed my path before and are making an enormous difference in how I feel. My back ache disappeared, my skin is clearing up, my food cravings evaporated, i'm waking up feeling energized, etc.! Best of all, having had the opportunity to meet Mariana, with every word i can visualize her radiant face and feel the joy she exudes. I was amazed at the range of experts that were referred to in this book. It basically reivews all the other diet books and theories, summarizes them and then delivers it back to you in a useable way.

This is the most comprehensive book I have read about well-being, nutrition and diet. I am usually not concerned with my weight - but Mariana's book has really opened my eyes to a new, wholistic and healthy approach to nutrition.
It does not look at diet the traditional way (which does not seem to work, anyway). It gives a complete overview that helped change my life, my level of energy and my general well-being.
If you wonder whether you should read this book: stop wondering and start reading. It's like a reference that you will keep by your side.
