1Disappointed by print quality  Aug 28, 2008
Don't buy this book unless the publisher adds a CD or provides a web page to download readable copies of the numerous power point slides.

A large portion of the book is small and often blurry reproductions of power point slides. There are also a fair number of typos and sentence fragments.

The actual content isn't too bad, but the publishing quality is ridiculously poor for a very expensive paper back book. If I had not used an underliner on my copy, I would be trying to get my money back.
