Put a Doctor In Your Pocket Aug 21, 2009
By Earl J. Mason This is quite an intersting "pocket" book. It is concise, accurate and very well organized by the author. He has indexed most of the information similar to an anatomy text. This should have distinct advantages to the reader who is directed to the anatomic area and then given important medical information about disorders occuring there. Also, therre are very good definitions of medical terms which enhances undestanding the various conditions. The combination of simplicity, accuracy and completeness make it an outstanding source of medical information for the average person. I am also a teacher as Clinical Professor of Pathology, Indiana U. Medical School, NW.

By Carrie Margaret O'brien Dr. Gold's many years as a practicing Physician provides much useful, understandable information about the human body. Everyone should read this before their next visit to the doctor---it will make asking questions and understanding answers so much easier!!!
