Duplicity: A True Story of Crime and Deceit

How would you feel if you woke up one morning to learn that your wife, the woman you were in love with and had hoped to spend the rest of your life with, had completely duped you from your first date? How would you feel when you learned that this “nice Jewish girl” whom you thought you had married was anything but, and had left your honeymoon bed to take care of her illicit affairs, after you had drifted off to sleep? “PAUL GOLDMAN,” a “nice Jewish boy,” married “AUDREY MUNSON” in September, 2005. Audrey pretended to be a sweet “stay-at-home mom” of three children. The children were real. Audrey was not When he discovered Audrey’s secret, illegal double life, Paul undertook a mission: First, to protect other innocent victims like himself from her. Second, to bring her, and her associates, to justice. “DUPLICITY” is the TRUE story of Paul's journey “from wimp to warrior.”

5Fun to read, amazing story. Hard to put down!  Oct 04, 2009
I was intrigued with this story from the get. At first, Mr. Goldman, an affable "Mr Niceguy" just seems to have married too quickly, but then the lies start to reveal themselves and the story unfolds. Its really hard to imagine what this woman is up to in her other life. The reader is taken on a wild ride with lots of twists and turns. I was shocked by this woman's behavior and what she was capable of. She was without feeling for anyone but herself, even her children. Mr. Goldman did his homework for justice and then managed to spin it into a great story. I think it would make a great movie too! I recommend this to anyone who likes a good read, who likes books about true crime, relationships, or complex characters (oh there are a few!).
