5Mediate Before Litigate  Apr 07, 2008
By Alberto H. Peronilla
A very informative book on trying to solve marital-related problems using mediation. Real life examples of the use of mediation as a first step to try before annulment or legal separation.
Enlightening revelation of different causes leading to marital discord, problems with in-laws and siblings. The role of communications or lack or it is shown to be the root cause of most misunderstandings.
Mediation from a lawyer's point of view, presented in a layman's perspective, making this book easy to understand and follow. An easy read.
Note that the royalties from this book go to the charitable advocacies of the author in the Philippines.
