CAPTIVATING! Sep 09, 2009

EAST WIND, RAIN knocked my socks off! From the first page to the last, I found myself unconsciously biting my nails and sitting on the edge of my seat as the story's twists and turns unfolded. T.K. Marion's EAST WIND, RAIN weaves a fascinating tale of murder, intrigue and revenge using brilliant dialogue and page-turning action. I plan to purchase several copies to give as gifts.

A Thriller! Jun 19, 2009

I read this terrific book in a matter of hours. The author takes his readers back in history to the Cold War...and even further to the Second World War. Right from the beginning, we are treated to a '63 Chevrolet Impala, a '65 Mustang Convertible, Camel cigarettes, and JFK. In no time we are transported back to the 1950's.
Remarkably, this exceptional author takes us even more remotely back to the late 1800s and early 1900s in his development of personalities and motives....we read of the Bolsheviks and Hitler.
Universally, we note the Marines, the Navy, spies, counterintelligence; this IS a Cold War thriller! Beginning with a brutal murder...this great read builds, twists, and turns, and ends up surprising readers!
I loved it!! I want more from this gifted author. His command of history is compelling!
I can't wait for T.K. Marion's next work!
