Very entertaining Jun 19, 2009
By Lizzy K What a cute story. It is refreshing to read a "chic-lit" book that has nothing to do with fashion or NY. The characters were real and entertaining. Tanya Eby's writing is delightful and creates visual scenes that are both hilarious and touching. Anyone who has internet dated or had friends that have will enjoy this book.

Hilarious -- A Perfect Summer Read Jun 18, 2009

This book is like a bag of Doritos -- once you start reading it, you won't be able to stop! I started reading it on my lunch break, and kept sneaking back to it throughout the rest of the day. It's laugh-out-loud funny and a perfect beach read, especially if you've ever found yourself on the business end of a bad breakup and wondered if changing your identity might somehow also change your luck in love. Tanya Eby's writing is wickedly funny and insightful. You'll find yourself cheering for her wacky heroine (and her even wackier friends) til the end...and then you'll want more. I hope to see more from this author!

Easy Does It Jul 15, 2009
By Literally Laura Tanya Eby's first novel, Easy Does It, is a playful, romantic tale with a satisfying ending. The characters are `real people' with thinning hair and cellulite. And they fall in love just like we all do: head first, and without logic. I was particularly enchanted by the surprise bursts of comic moments that had me laughing out loud, such as our heroine rubbing ham on her thighs to repel her vegetarian lover, and then subsequently finding herself `strangely drawn to him' when he has stuffed a sausage into his pants to enhance his appearance on stage I look forward to Eby's next `slapstick-ity' story.
