5A great way of losing weight  Sep 09, 2006
I read a flyer about Christine and saw pictures of how much weight she had lost. She looked fantastic and I was intruiged to learn more, hence, I bought the book. The recipes are great, I have tried some out already they are quick, easy and very tasty.
