Edgar: Little Lost Moose

This story is about a young moose who wants to surprise his parents by meeting them at the pond, so he sets out early. He thinks he knows the way but quickly becomes lost. In his frustration he starts to cry, disrupting the nap of a Chipmunk, between the two of them they seek out others who might know the directions to the pond. They meet with another Chipmunk who joins the search and leads them to a Beaver who just happens to know the exact location of the pond he is looking for. Within minutes he is at the pond and says goodbye to his new friends and joins his parents who a frantically looking for him! All is well that ends well. Very sweet, funny, and a good read for children just starting to read or have some reading skills!
