Education at Doorsteps of Women: Open and Distance Learning for Empowerment of Women

O. Adwoa Tiwaah Frimpong Kwapong holds a PhD from the University of Ghana. She has studied as a special (PhD) student at Harvard University. Currently, she is a lecturer at the Institute of Adult Education, University of Ghana. She works with both governmental and non-governmental organizations for empowerment of women. Her studies have been in the areas of gender and development, ICTs and open and distance learning.
