fabulous insights Aug 07, 2004
By Doc Hamsmacker
"Doc"
This book reaches down into the soul of the recovering person, touching a lot of places that are felt, but not always spoken about. Some of my favorites, "Big Fir Tree" and "Shared Reserves" delve deep into the inner workings of the mind. This book is a real asset for anyone looking to expand their thinking about lifes complexities. A future best seller in my eyes.
the wonder of discovery Aug 07, 2004
By Buttercup This book holds a special place in my heart. The poems contained on these pages all reflect the inner thoughts and struggles we all go through but sometimes cannot articulate. The lighthearted poem "Come Out" is a wonderful, thoughtful expression of the lightness of awareness. The poem "My Brother, My Sister" is a painful description of addiction and the choice to become somethign else. All these poems are from the heart and they speak to us on many levels.
